Mr. Garak Halloween Pumpkin

My pumpkin carving for this year. I tried for something different, instead of carving all the way through, I did the partial carving technique. It was my first time doing it and I didn’t go far enough through so Garak doesn’t glow very much. At least it looks like him. xD
